Restaurant Consult - Phase 1

Phase 1 restaurant consultation includes 30 hours of on-site observation, review, research, and development. This includes but is not limited to the overall review of all systems in the FOH, BOH and operations. Each department’s specific roles and responsibilities will be analyzed, including food and drink menu analysis, food cost analysis, review of the restaurant P&L, review of M&A, employee interviews & feedback, and overall operations. An in-depth review will take place and we will produce a detailed POA for the business, including a comprehensive priority list and the most economical path to enhancing business. The goal here is to create a more cost-effective environment for the business, happier employees, better quality food and beverage for the guest, enhance M&A, and produce a larger bottom line.
